Standoff!!!

Ok, he isn't really napping, but he should be.

Anyways, today's topic is STANDOFF. First of all, it is a great show on FOX. It used to be on tuesday nights, but hasn't been on lately. Thanks American Idol. Anyways, it is a very good show, better than "Friday Night Lights" and way better than "Heros". There is no way that can keep up the orginal story lines, but for now, very good show.

The standoff that I do want to talk about involves my cat, Gilbert, and the cat across the street, Lolita. Lolita is a very smart and active cat, the first cat that I have ever come across that rivals Gilbert. This was her area and she would just wander down every once in awhile and enjoy the view. I believe she is an outdoor cat. Then we moved in and she saw Gilbert inside and with a family. Now all she wants in the whole world is a house and a family of her very own. She decided she wants Gilbert's life. She wants in. Gilbert wants to chase critters and play outside. He wants out. Neither are willing to let the other into their world, but they want what the other has also.

I wish we could take Lolita when we move out. I don't think that Gilbert would like that though.
