It's more like "Dig-o-day". I don't remember when it started...maybe when Andy was born or during a Christmas visit. Annemarie, Charlie and James would run around the house yelling it. Don't know where it came from, but they love it. I did not know that it had be resurrected, but James was saying it this week.
It's so weird. James and John were saying something like "Serena" or "Selena" over and over at our house once. And I distinctly remember singing "Moonsana, Caballo, Cavatini," with my sister and my cousin, but I think we were about 7 and 8...

John watched this and said, "Why are they saying 'Digger Day'?"
